AI is capable of producing original product such as music . Laws are in place to safeguard private information and guarantee that  business utilizing AI systems handle data sensibly and with user consent. When AI systems  cause  harm or make mistakes , computer law addresses who is responsible for the consequences  and how to assign liability. The ethical concerns relating to AI such as fairness, transparency, and preventing bias or discrimination, are also covered by computer law.

Government and Regulating bodies are considering specific laws and regulation  to control the creation and application of AI focusing on security, responsibility and ethical behaviour. Laws related to  cyber security aim to protect AI systems from cyber threats and ensure the security of data processed by AI technology. By preventing unfair practices and the misuse of AI technology to gain an unfair  competitive advantages in the market, computer law ensures fair competition.
