Microsoft Excel is a well known spreadsheet program that enables users to arranges ,examine, and work with data in a tabular style, numerous businesses, including finance, accounting, data analysis ,use it extensively. Data visualization, pivot tables ,charting, data analysis tools and macros are just a few of the things that Excel offers .Additionally, it enables users to generates reports ,make intricate formulas and do mathematical calculations. Excel is a flexible application that may be used for a variety of activities , including project management , budgeting, and data analysis.

The Microsoft Office specialists : Excel associate certification ,"is a certification program for Microsoft excel that evaluates a person proficiency with the program, including their capacity to create and manage worksheets and workbooks ,format cells and ranges , create tables ,carry out operations with formula and functions and create charts and object.

In general ,De Montfort University use a variety of software application to support teaching, research, and administrative tasks. This may include learning management systems such as Blackboard, Canvas, research management tools such as EndNote or RefWorks, collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google suite. In terms of hardware, my university have a range of devices including desktop computers, laptop, tablets, and smartphones. They may also have specialized hardware such as scientific research equipment, servers, and networking infrastructures.
